PREVIEWS Exclusive (PX) Rogue One Egg Attack Action Figures

Diamond Comic Distributors and Beast Kingdom have announced three new addtions to their line of PREVIEWS Exclusive (PX) Egg Attack Action Figures with the release of their Rogue One: A Star Wars Story U-Wing, Darth Vader, and Storm Trooper PX Action Figures.

The Rebellion’s new U-Wing fighter utilizes unique electromagnetic attraction and repulsion principles to float in the air. The Darth Vader Rogue One figure faithfully represents the setting in the film with Vader’s cape and vest made with real fabrics and metal wire, along with three pairs of extra hands and his indispensable lightsaber. With weapon accessories like the SE-14 blaster pistol and E-11 blaster rifle, the Rogue One Stormtrooper comes ready to enact the Empire’s wrath and features a faithful reproduction of the Stormtrooper’s appearance in the most recent film.

Evolved Boglin – Glork Release

More 80’s toy magic, as Clutter Magazine has announced the debut of the Evolved Boglin. At 6.5 inches tall and 10inches long, the Evolved Boglin is the first full sized figure in the relaunch of the Boglins line, officially licensed by Seven Towns.

This character – Glork – has been sculpted with love by Tim Clarke and Maureen Trotto, the originators of the Boglin, and produced by Clutter in the USA. Limited to 100 pieces and priced at $100.00 each, these Clutter Exclusive Boglins will be available at Noon EST on Friday February 17th 2017 at shop.cluttermagazine.com.

Madballs 4-inch Foam Figures

Kidrobot has released their Madballs 4-inch foam figures. This first drop features six fan favorites, including Dust Brian, Horn Head, Oculus Orbus, Screamin Meamie, Skull Face, and Slobulus. Children of the 80’s might remember the commercial that Kidrobot produced (shown below), which is a shot-for-shot recreation of the 1980’s Madballs commercial. You can pick up each of these six figures for $9.99.

Pop! Games: Mass Effect: Andromeda

Funko has announced their Pop! Games: Mass Effect: Andromeda series.

Mass Effect: Andromeda takes players to the Andromeda galaxy, far beyond the Milky Way. There, players will lead our fight for a new home in hostile territory as the Pathfinder – a leader of military-trained explorers. This is the story of humanity’s next chapter, and player choices throughout the game will ultimately determine our survival.

Featuring all-new characters like Peebee, Liam Kosta, and Sara Ryder, these Pop! vinyls will be available next month.

Hot Toys’ 1/6th Scale Suicide Squad Batman

Soon after Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the Dark Knight of Gotham emerges from the Batcave again in Suicide Squad, in which a number of incarcerated DC supervillains team up as Task Force X to stop an even worse threat. Making a special appearance in this anti-hero blockbuster, Batman plays a critical role in the story.
So Hot Toys has announced a 1/6th scale collectible figure of Batman from Suicide Squad as a limited edition item only available in selected markets

Mondo Exclusive El Topo Statue

Mondo has introduced their exclusive version of El Topo, from the landmark cult film of the same name. “Classic Americana and avant-garde European sensibilities meets Zen Buddhism and the Bible, as master gunfighter and cosmic mystic El Topo (played by Jodorowsky) must defeat his four sharp shooting rivals on an ever increasing path to allegorical self-enlightenment and surreal resurrection.”

The cold cast limited edition statue produced by Unbox Industries is packaged in a specially crafted wood embossed box. Each piece bears the replica signature of Alejandro Jodorowsky. This version, exclusive to Mondo, features a faux bronze finish. It’s expected to ship in Q2 of 2017, and you can pre-order one now for $200.00.

New Friends! Rock Type

Two new colorways of the New Friends! Rock Type will be available for purchase starting today (February 14th 2017) 11AM ET. The Rock Candy – Pink ($15.00) and Rock Candy – Pink Evolved ($22.00) will be available exclusively through Rotofugi. The Rock Type – Onyx ($15.00) and Rock Type – Onyx Evolved ($22.00) will available exclusively through High Proof Toys. These figures are made from hand cast resin in a micro run of 5 of each color/type and measure just over 1 inch for the non-evolved type and 2 inches tall for the evolved type.

Along with these two new colorways, three custom Rock Type Evolved figures (pictured below) painted by Mary Ruth Butterworth will be available through High Proof Toys for $45.00 each.

Moonglow Lazy Days Tiger and Orangesicle Alpaca

Amanda Visell and Michelle Valigura have released a pair of new handmade resin figures. The Moonglow Lazy Days Tiger set is a limited edition 10 pieces. The hand sculpted, hand cast, and hand painted resin figure set features a 9.5-inch long Tiger and 7.5-inch long Girl. The set runs $290.00.

Also, there’s the Orangesicle Alpaca in clear sparkly resin. The 4.5-inch tall Orangesicle is limited to a run of 25 pieces and sells for $40.00.
