Today (April 14th 2022), Superplastic is dropping what might be the most complex series of vinyl figures that I've ever witnessed. It's not that the actual sculpts are complex...it's that we're talking about Bored Ape, currently held NFTs, 15 minute windows, and exclusive versions for those folks who own certain NFTs.
The Superplastic x BAYC collaboration will see 5 vinyl figures drop. The first three - BAYC Curtis (1pm); Superplastic Skipper (1:45pm); MAYC Curtis (2:30pm) - will be exclusive editions for NFT holders. The public drop features Public Curtis and Public Skipper, both available at 3:15pm. Each drop is limited to 15 minutes, with the 13-inch tall SUPERBORED art toys available to purchase for $222.
I'd actually like to grab one of these, but I think my brain just exploded typing out the directions. I mean...what could go wrong??
