Hot Toys Kneels Before Zod

Hot Toys has previously presented the Superman and Jor-El collectible figures from the Man of Steel film, and they've now introduced the sixth scale General Zod. The movie-accurate collectible is specially crafted based on the image of Michael Shannon as General Zod from the Man of Steel film.
You can currently pre-order the General Zod figure from Sideshow Collectibles for $239.99. Look for it to begin shipping in Q2 or Q3 of 2014.
The sixth-scale General Zod features:
• Interchangeable armored head
• Three pairs of interchangeable hands
• Full body armor
• Black cape
• Diamond shaped stand with General Zod nameplate and movie logo

I liked General Zod in Man Of Steel. Hot Toys has done a good job in the past with other movie based toys so it is no surprise that the figure manages to capture his likeness . I just don’t like the expression on his face.

  I agree. It almost gives Michael Shannon a stylized, comic book caricature look.
