On January 29th 2011, Corey Helford Gallery will unveil “In The Nursery”, its first major group exhibition of the new year. “In The Nursery” is a contemporary re-imagining of the lost art form of paintings and sculptures for children’s rooms and nurseries. Long before anime and Muppet posters, a number of noted artists concerned themselves with creating work for the one room of the household not usually decorated with fine art - the nursery.

The reception for “In The Nursery” is open to the public and will take place on Saturday, January 29th 2011 from 7PM to 10PM. The show will be on view until February 9th 2011.
