Bryan Green aka Envisionboy has created a trio of foldable paper toys. The characters - Casey & His Brother - are from the Uncle Muscle's Hour sketch...which is a part of the Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! show. You can go ahead and download them for free here.

  Try the Paper Foldables site – also linked in the article. I’m pretty sure you can download it through that.
