Although maybe not technically a MONSTER movie, there's still scary possessed people in it, not to mention the tree monster with the soul purpose to rape. AWESOME.

"From Hell It Came" – The 50's classic in which a killer tree – Tobunga! – goes on rampage on a tropical island. I love how the victims are unable to get away from a tree. I mean, how difficult is to outrun a tree?!?
