ESC-Toy Teaser

Erick Scarecrow has given us a teaser shot of what appears to be his next figure sculpt. What is it? Well, I think that's why it's called a teaser. But if we can glean anything from an image title, this one was called "UC". And it looks a little like a 3-toothed clown.
