Background
It was a little over a year ago that we introduced you to the first four Dookie-Poo vinyl figures. Designed and created by artist Manny Galan, the character was brought to vinyl form by Chaotic Unicorn as a series of seven variants. Recently, they dropped the remaining three characters: Dookie-Bloo, Bigmouth Dookie and Dapper Dookie Decoy.

Packaging
The packaging for the Dookie-Poo line is the same for each figure. It is a window-front box that is designed to resemble a tree. The different versions of Dookie-Poo are listed on the rear of the box. And there is some comic banter on the side panels courtesy of the Pellets. Each figure is secured within the box in a one-piece plastic tray.
Our Opinion
Even though there was no glow-in-the-dark figure in this trio of Dookie-Poo variants, you can see our favorite character so far – Bigmouth Dookie. The animated look on his face is classic! If you’ve seen any of Manny’s drawings or animations, it’s not a shock that we believe this is the best representation of the Dookie-Poo character.
The Dapper Dookie Decoy is painted with a wood grain finish. It resembles that 1970’s entertainment system your parents might still have out in their garage. He does sport that snazzy little bowtie like a pro.
And you might remember Dookie-Bloo from his plush days. This version has a pouty look, complete with tears streaming down his face. There’s also a white broken heart on the figure’s rear.
Each figure has a mouth and logo that is pad printed onto the vinyl. This makes them look sleek. All of the raised parts – eyes, nose and in between the fingers – use painted features. And the figure is assembled using three parts (even though there’s no articulation) as it looks like the arms are glued into the body.
In summary, if you haven’t gotten your hands on a Dookie-Poo vinyl figure yet…start wrapping up your change, go to your local Urban Outfitters (we hear they have some of these) and buy one. Our suggestion: The Bigmouth Dookie. He captures the spirit of the character.
