Borugogon = Fry Guys = Scary!

These Grumble Toy Exclusives are the Borugogon & Mini Borugogon by Monstock and Nezrange. They're described as "a very innovative design, complete with jeweled eyes, removable hair and a flower that sits atop its head."
Whoa! Innovative? Hmm...I think I've seen this character before. Those little Fry Guys used to creep me out back in the day. They were just pom poms with legs, eyes, eyebrows and Chuck Taylor All-Stars...but they looked like satanic dust bunnies to me.

The innovative design comment was in reference to the fact that you can remove the outer shell and it's a rock monster on the inside.
