Daniel "R5" Barojas sent in the above animated gif of his submission for this past weekend's Soopa Show.
I decided to paint a portrait
of my dear friend Jesus "Chucho" Armenta who passed tragically last
year in Mexico on our independence day September 15th. I painted
Chucho as an Azteca warrior which in my eyes he fully was in real life.

These new soopas are so slick, and this is just a great custom. I gotta get me one of these Soopas to add to my pile of DIY toys. I got so many I don't know if I'll ever get around to painting them!
