If you were able to make it out to ToyQube this past weekend, you saw over 40 customized DIY Shiitake plushes (from ESC-Toy). If you looked close enough, you might have even seen the one I customized. The event was a success, with many of the pieces selling at the show. ToyQube should be posting the rest of the pieces on their website, so you will have a chance to purchase a custom shroom.
