Albert Art is taking part in a group art show in Vancouver (December 5th at The Fall Gallery), where the theme of the exhibit is "Evil Toys." So, being a Street Fighter fan, he chose M.Bison and decided to customize a Munny in the form of the classic video game character. (I’m guessing this version is based on the video game version and not the Raul Julia Street Fighter movie version)
