New Doctor Who and The X-Files Titan Series

Matt JOnes (Lunartik) has revealed a pair of new Titans Vinyl Figures that he's designed along with Titan Merchandise. The 3-inch tall vinyl figures will be available in a series of 12 blind-boxed figures from Doctor Who - The Rebel Time Lord Collection. In addition, they'll be releasing a blind-boxed series featuring characters from The X-Files.
