Background
The third Uglydoll of the 2010 season was released earlier this month (February). Mynus is the bright reddish-pink Ugly who's been designed with a little something extra on the top of her head. Sun-Min and David's new creation is described as follows:
Everybody thinks Mynus is quiet and shy, but to her they all make way too much noise. While Mynus may seem silent and introverted at first, she is actually in deep thought most of the time. What about? No clue! She’s quiet, remember? When you’re in trouble Mynus is the one to turn to. She’s got some brilliant ideas, and seems to have everything figured out way ahead of time. It’s almost like she’s psychic! Can’t find anything to write with? Mynus will be standing there with a pen. Can’t find your keys? Mynus drove off with your car.

Our Opinion
Mynus has two "Ugly" eyes, a straight mouth and two, downward-facing, curved teeth. She has outward facing feet and hands with little thumb nubs. But the unique part of this character is the big thing growing out of her head. I'm guessing it has something to do with her psychic abilities (maybe an enlarged brain or an antenna)...either that or it's a red beehive hairdo.
I guess if you have a favorite of something, you'll end up having a least favorite as well. Mynus might be my least favorite of the 2010 Uglydolls. Not that I don't like the character...it's just that the others rank ahead of her on my personal list of favorites.
When it comes to Uglydolls, the first thing I look at is the color. Do I like that color? Next up are the appendages (arms, ears, legs, etc). And lastly is the face. I find my favorite Uglys are ones that are green/blue in color, have ears and downward pointing teeth. I've got it down to a science.
