Background
If you’re familiar with the work of Frank Kozik, you have probably realized that he has a few trademarks. There’s the lit cigarette, the X on the forehead, facial stubble and an anarchy symbol.
Well, he brings those trademarks to the Toy2R produced Kozik Twin Bomb Pack. It’s a set of two mini cigarette smoking bombs. Fire and fuses…probably not a good combination
Packaging
The twin pack is packaged side by side in a window front box. They set in an interlocking tray, so there are none of those pesky twist ties. The artwork on the outside of the box is all original Kozik work of the characters contained within.
The Figures
The Kozik Twin Bomb Pack comes with two mini bombs. One of the figures is 2.5” tall, while the other one is 2” in height. They have no points of articulation and are made of rotocast vinyl.
Each figure comes with a base (emblazoned with the Kozik signature). The figure, which has a hole on the bottom of it, securely fastens to the base. This allows the round vinyl to be displayed without rolling around.
Our Opinion
Toy2R released the Twin Bomb Pack slightly ahead of their Kozik Mini Bomb line. While the Twin Pack has two figures of varying sizes with the same design, the Mini line is made up of various designs on the 2.5” Bomb.
I’ll be the first one to admit that when it comes to Frank Kozik’s work, I’m usually split 50/50 on whether I like the design or not. But I guess that with art, and art toys, everyone has an opinion.
But when it comes to his Twin Bomb Pack, I like what they’ve done. Getting the round bomb to stand upright without mutilating the design gets a big nod of approval. Also, the design is just funny. A cigarette smoking bomb? Talk about self destructive behavior.

Wow! So original! How hard must this man work to keep churning out such original pieces like this! The entire design looks like he's poured hours of thought, research and hard work into it, and definitely not just knocked it out absent-mindedly in a 2 minute 'effort'. And the fact that the actual sculpt don't look buttcheek as well only serves to embellish the wonderful whole. Imagine how awful this could look if say, he hadn't really put any effort into it at all! That he'd just used any spare bits hanging around?!
