Kickstarter: Slender Man Plush Toy

R. Todd Broadwater has gone the Kickstarter route in order to get his 32" tall Slender Man Plush into production.

Slender Man (a.k.a Slenderman) is a mythical creature often depicted as a tall, thin figure wearing a black suit and a blank face. According to the legend, he can stretch or shorten his arms at will and has tentacle-like appendages protruding from his back. Depending on the interpretations of the myth, the creature may cause memory loss, insomnia, paranoia, coughing fits (nicknamed “slendersickness”), photograph/video distortions and can teleport at will.

The prototype was designed by Broadwater of Nevermore Toys and Katy Kincade, a talented artist and seamstress from the Washington DC area. In addition to three different prints, your $50.00 backing will get you the Slender Man Plush.

This project will only be funded if at least $10,000 is pledged by Sunday July 21st 2013 at 12:00am ET.
