Hot Toys’ Sixth Scale Captain Phasma

As we get closer and closer to the release date of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, tiny little details continue to filter out...and our overall anticipation for the film's release continues to grow stronger. Thanks in part to companies like Hot Toys, toy collectors needs are somewhat satiated. And Hot Toys is once again revealing one of their newly announced sixth scale collectibles. The 1/6th scale Captain Phasma, the commander of the First Order Stormtroopers, is clad in her distinctive metallic armor.

Unfortunately, the figure doesn't include a head sculpt portrait of actress Gwendoline Christie (yep...that's Brienne of Tarth). I'm not even sure if we ever see her face in the film. What the highly-accurate collectible figure does feature is the character’s signature chrome colored armor and helmet, specially applied multiple layers of metallic paint on armor with weathering effects, finely tailored cape, highly detailed blaster rifle, and hexagonal figure stand with the First Order’s emblem.

Sideshow Collectibles currently has Captain Phasma available to pre-order, priced at $249.99. It's slated to begin shipping between May and July of 2016.

The 1/6th scale Captain Phasma collectible figure features the following:

  • Pair of fists
  • Pair of relaxed hands
  • Pair of hands for aiming weapon
  • Two pairs of hands for holding weapon in different styles
  • Captain Phasma’s distinctive chrome colored armor with weathering effects
  • Black and red colored cape
  • Black under-suit
  • Belt with pouches
  • Pair of silver boots
  • Light golden colored blaster rifle with extended stock
  • First Order emblem hexagonal figure stand with Captain Phasma nameplate and Star Wars logo
