Today (Wednesday January 30th 2013) at Noon PT, Toy Art Gallery will release their second fully painted edition of the Karasaka Tattoo Man - a collaboration with Japanese legends Secret Base and designed by Hiroshi of Three Tides Tattoo. The Black and White Karakasa Tatoo Man features extensively detailed tattoos and black sprays on white vinyl. It will be available to purchase for $100.00.
