That Counts
. The solo show features the work of Andrew Bell and will include paintings, ink drawings, and custom toys.

The show will run from May 2nd through May 31st. The opening reception takes place on Saturday the 2nd from 7PM until 10PM. Andrew will be in attendance. Complimentary beverages provided by Magic Hat.

There will also be a Casual Lecture and Q&A with Andrew Bell on
Friday, May 1st, beginning at 8PM at Rivet.

Jellyface Plushies


Jellyface is a project between Joe, a graphic designer, and Fau, a creative dressmaker. The Italy based duo offers 100% hand crafted plushies. They have introduced a number of characters, including JELLYWOOD, JELLYMUCI, JELLYBONE, JELLYFUR and the first special edition JELLYTANGLE. Each plush runs approximately $52.50 and includes a poster, sticker and pin.


New Kaiju from Koji Harmon


Koji Harmon, from Cometdebris, will be releasing a pair of new, handpainted kaiju figures. The Clear Pink Gargamel Tokoji Seijin features bright clear neon pink vinyl with clear red, clear black, and silver sprays, as well as white eyes. The Clear Crouching Zagoran is half pink and half purple, has white teeth, as well as a neon yellow eye.

A limited number will be available, and they will go on sale on Saturday, May 2nd, at 8:00 PM PST (Sunday, May 3rd, at 12:00PM Japan Time) at the Cometdebris website.

Gary Ham’s Morsels


Gary Ham has announced that his Morsels girls are back in production thanks to Julie B of Pretty in Plastic. The Morsels are hand cast and painted resin with a limited
edition of only 5 pieces of three versions (Peppermint, Neopolitan and Chocomint). Pricing and release dates have yet to be determined, so stay
tuned here for more information.

Hot Toys’ Chacha Asai


Hot Toys' MMS 98 is the 1/6 scale fully poseable Chacha Asai figure from Goemon The Movie. The piece features a highly detailed head sculpt that's an authentic likeness of Ryoko Hirosue (広末涼子).

Chacha is dressed in her movie-accurate costume of a red gown and detailed footwear. Her accessories include: A knife; folding fan; Interchangeable hands; 12-inch figure stand with nameplate. Lookf ro this figure to be released in the 3rd quarter of 2009.
