Following up on 2006’s success, Plush Week 2: Eclectic
Boogaloo maintains the same conceit of the original: 100% hand-made,
one-of-a-kind plush creatures, direct from the crème de la crème of softie
artists from around the world. In addition to the plush themselves, attendees
are in store for some really cool installations by Anna Chambers, Michelle
Valigura, and Jude & Amy Buffum.
To launch Michelle Valigura’s “limited
edition” Robot Girl plush from SWITCHEROO, anyone who
purchases one has a chance to win a giant, life-sized 5-and-a-half foot version
of the very same robot. 5-and-a-half feet!!! Need we say more!?
This is an event that can’t be done justice on the
web – it should be experienced! But we sure as hell will try by giving
