We beg for Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy Toys

Evil-Corp-Andy-Gary has generated some buzz by posting three images that are their "very own EVIL homage to the Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy." The Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost trio of films - Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World's End - have already been the focus of at least one recent art show (over at Gallery1988). And we've seen collectibles/toys based on Shaun of the Dead from the likes of Sideshow and NECA.

So what will it take to convince the folks at EvilCorp to roll with these and get them into production (dependent on, I assume, whether they can license them)? I know I would be in for all three sets.

Wananeko International Release

After selling out at the Tokyo Cat Fight show last July in Japan, Javier Jimenez has announced that the Wananeko figure will finally be available for worldwide purchase at tomorrow (Sunday August 10th 2014) at 11AM ET.

Standing approximately 4.8" tall, the resin figure will cost $60.00 each. This second run has a very limited number of pieces, and there aren't plans for another run in this colorway.

Wananeko Views

The "Wananeko Anatomy" print, a tribute to Shigeru Mizuki's series of yokai anatomy illustrations, will also be available at the web shop for $6.00 each. The print is on watercolor paper.

Crittersaurus Print

Scott Wetterschneider has released a new 12" x 12" art print on 16" x 16" archival matte paper. Named Crittersaurus, you can read more about the character below. You can pick one up via the above link for $40.00.

Crittersaurus finds himself in a strange town, with no friends. Gently, he meanders from street to street, taking in the new sights and sounds, hopeful that, at last, he's found a place to call home. Scott Wetterschneider's giant, strange beasts are not your run-of-the-mill kaiju. They forgo violence, are often ill-at-ease, and do their best to keep a low profile. Accidents do happen, so be cautious.
