The Fenegrygs are the latest creature creation from Penny over at Taylored Curiosities. While there will be a large selection available at ToyCon UK in April, there's already some popping up in the TC store.
Fenegrygs are magickal creatures that inhabit our world, but in a different dimension. You'll only see them when they choose to let you. I think there is a dance you can do to tempt them to show themselves, but I forget how it goes...
There are currently two different sizes available, the smaller 3.5" (£20.00 ~ $32) and the larger 8.5" (£40.00 ~ $64), but there will be other options come ToyCon UK.
