With the "Crazy For Cult: Customs" opening this coming Saturday (September 4th 2010), we're beginning to see a number of the amazing custom pieces trickle in. This one is from artist Mikie Graham (aka zombiemonkie) of Blamo Toys is excited to show off his custom piece's for the event.
Mikie chose the cult classic "Harold and Maude" as his inspiration...and he went the extra step by customizing Harold's Jaguar/hearse hybrid car - one of the films most memorable "props."
Harold and Maude were both made from mini Munny's and lots of magic sculpt. The car is made from diecast metal, resin, and plastic. It features working doors, hood and steering wheel...even a film accurate license plate.
