Not only is Rico Rodriguez (Manny from the hilarious Modern Family) looking dapper...but he's holding one of Miss Monster's Uncle Dapper plushies. These were a part of gift bags handed out at the Golden Globes - they were limited, but it looks like Rico was able to snag one.
