Shing Yin Khor – a Los Angeles area artist, designer and figure maker – has been working on the Specimen 7 project since this past February. They’re all one of a kind cute-ish science fiction figures made from polymer clay. Some of these are for sale via the Specimen 7 Etsy shop (between $18 and $25 each), and most of the characters are viewable through Shing’s Flickr gallery. There are also plans for releasing these as series of hand cast resin figures.
