Tokoichi Seiju will debut at San Diego Comic Con in the Gargamel booth (#4739). Cometdebris' newest figure, made by Gargamel, is made of glow-in-the-dark vinyl with 6 colors and a neon red eye. It'll be made available starting Thursday.
