Hopping on the buzz of the highly anticipated Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, the Raiders of the Lost Art show will take place at Capsole in Los Angeles. Opening on Saturday May 31st (7PM until 10PM) and running through June 30th, the show is a tribute to the Indiana Jones films.
Both Bob Conge (of Plaseebo Custom) and the Sucklord have pieces in the show. The Sucklord’s pieces are titled Attackers of the Missing Stuff (left) and Toht Day-Glo Bootleg (right).
Bob Conge’s three pieces were all inspired by Raiders of the Lost Ark. Indy Mummy is made of GID vinyl and cloth and has glass eyes with a motion activated LED unit.
The Indy Sarcophagus is also hand-painted glow-in-the-dark vinyl.
The third piece is the SS Mummy. It’s also GID and hand-painted.
