On April 1st, Hot Wheels®
and Los Angeles-based, Gallery 1988, hosted opening night of the TOYS art
exhibit, which features more than 200 pieces created by pop surrealist artists
from around the world, who were inspired by generations of children’s
classic toys.

A focal point of the exhibit will honor the 40th anniversary
of the famous die-cast brand, Hot Wheels, with a never-before-seen display of
customized 1:18 scale Hot Wheels Volkswagen buses. The TOYS exhibit will
run until April 25, 2008 at Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles.
